Fire Protection System Maintenance – September 9th & 10th

Dear Residents,
This is to inform you that Century Fire Protection will be on the property to complete fire protection system updates on Monday, September 9th, and Tuesday, September 10th, starting at 9:00 AM. The following work will be carried out to bring our systems into compliance:

• Reinspect/Retest units: 5132D, 5134F, 5138D, 5142D, 5144I, 5146F, 5164I, 5158D, 5162F, 5160F
• Replace (2) Gauges
• Install Hydraulic Placard (7)
• Perform (1) 5-Year Internal
• Replace (2) Waterflow Switches
• Replace Main Drain on 5150K
• Replace PRV on 5156L
• Replace Hose Nozzle on Hydrant A6
• Reinspect (100) No Access units
• Adjust (4) WET Sprinkler Heads
• Replace (3) Corroded WET Sprinkler Heads
• Uncover and reinspect (19) Covered WET Sprinkler Heads
• Replace (2) Damaged WET Sprinkler Heads
• Compress Air/Reinspect (2) Loaded/Dusted Sprinkler Heads
• Replace (22) Escutcheon Plates
• Replace (106) Painted WET Sprinkler Heads
• Alarm Tech to Wire Switches
• Return to Green Tag

If your unit is on the list, please ensure all pets are secured in a kennel or behind a bedroom door that won’t need access during the inspection. If you’ve changed your locks and we do not have access to your unit, kindly bring a copy of your key to the office.
